We are seeking talented Software Developer Interns who enjoy coding and has an interest in HTML, JavaScript, Python, Java, SQL, and cloud technologies. In this role, you'll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced developers, and gain hands-on experience building solutions in a dynamic and innovative environment. Our IT teams partner across every area of the business, supporting Investment Management, Sales, Client Service, and Corporate Functions. We leverage a mix of cloud-based and on-premises technologies, including commercial software, internally developed applications, and enterprise infrastructure, to deliver solutions that drive business success. As an AI-forward organization, American Century Investments is embracing emerging technologies to enhance the way we design, build, and support software solutions. This program is for currently enrolled undergraduate rising seniors who will graduate in December 2027 - Spring 2028. The deadline to apply is November 1, 2026. Location: this onsite position will be based out of our Kansas City, MO office. Program dates: June 2nd – August 6th (10 weeks). Work schedule: 40 hours/week - Monday – Friday (8 am – 5 pm).
