About The Position

This role requires a Senior Software Developer with expertise in CRM systems, specifically Siebel. The developer will be responsible for translating technical system specifications into functional, tested CRM applications. This includes creating detailed programming specifications, writing and generating code, developing data-driven programs, maintaining existing applications, and conducting unit tests. The role also involves resolving and troubleshooting technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
  • 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
  • 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.
  • Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level
  • Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
  • Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications
  • Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools
  • Experience in one or more programming languages
  • Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting
  • Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
  • Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages

  • Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
  • Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
  • Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
  • Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
  • Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
  • Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
  • Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams

  • Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.
  • Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
  • Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging
