About The Position

This role is responsible for translating technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. The position also involves resolving and troubleshooting technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages.

Requirements

• Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration.
• 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc.
• Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing.
• Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript.
• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing.
• Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
• Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset.
• Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.
• Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files.
• Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications.
• Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.
• Experience with middleware and gateways.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging.
