About The Position

As a Software Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications while collaborating with product, engineering, and AI teams to implement intelligent features and automation capabilities. This role is ideal for someone with strong software engineering fundamentals who is excited about modern AI technologies but still enjoys core application development.

Requirements

3+ years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, Java, C#
Experience building web applications and REST APIs
Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases
Understanding of Git, Agile development, and CI/CD processes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Exposure to AI/ML technologies, APIs, or automation platforms
Experience integrating LLM APIs such as: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini
Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, vector databases, or AI workflow orchestration
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture
Interest in AI-powered automation and intelligent systems
Experience building chatbot or AI assistant functionality
Exposure to prompt engineering or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Startup or high-growth company experience
Experience with automation tools and workflow systems

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Integrate AI-powered features into existing and new applications
Develop backend services, frontend interfaces, and database-driven functionality
Work with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning
Help improve application performance, reliability, and security
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Explore and prototype AI-enabled tools and automation workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues
