About The Position

Optiveum is recruiting and contracting an AI-Enabled Fullstack Developer for a project with one of the world's leading global investment banks, delivered together with a large international IT services company. The successful candidate will sign the cooperation agreement directly with Optiveum.

The role involves developing and maintaining full-stack web applications, using GitHub Copilot and Generative AI in day-to-day development, and integrating AI capabilities into new and existing applications. The position is full-time and hybrid, with three days per week at the client's office in Kraków; this office attendance requirement is non-negotiable. Candidates must live in or near Kraków. The stated B2B rate is 125–150 PLN per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Around 7 or more years of commercial software development experience, including full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing and developing modern web applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Fluent English.
• Polish or EU citizenship, or a permanent residence/work permit valid for at least 12 months.
• Live in or near Kraków.
• The candidate's application and CV name must exactly match their official ID document; Polish citizens must include all first names.
• Candidates who participated in a recruitment process for the IT services partner or the bank in the previous 12 months are not eligible.
• Be prepared to complete an external HireRight background check covering identity, right to work, education, and employment history; CV dates and employers must be accurate.
• Have a programming environment set up and tested for live technical tasks; AI tools, coding assistants, and code generators are not permitted during interviews.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of Sybase.
• Experience with collateral or margin management in financial services.
