About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions that support organizational operations and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, integrate data from multiple enterprise sources, and deliver meaningful visualizations that improve operational visibility, performance monitoring, and business processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations in an enterprise environment.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Strong expertise in: Dashboard design, Data modeling, Calculated fields, Performance optimization
• 8+ years of experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical reporting solutions.
• Experience integrating and validating data from multiple enterprise systems and data warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of: Data visualization best practices, KPI development, Business intelligence reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong focus on data quality, validation, and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in government or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience supporting workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational reporting initiatives.
• Strong experience building enterprise-scale Tableau reporting solutions.
• Experience delivering high-performance dashboards and working with large datasets is highly desirable.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Integrate, validate, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems and databases.
• Develop workflow metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and operational performance dashboards.
• Optimize dashboard performance, data quality, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, data visualization, and dashboard performance issues.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Ensure reporting solutions follow data visualization best practices and organizational standards.
