Requirements

• Ex-Amazon software engineering experience at a senior level
• 3+ years professional software development
• 2+ years system design or architecture experience
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience with distributed, multi-tiered, scalable systems
• Strong Object-Oriented Design background
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Must meet export control requirements; no current or future sponsorship needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI/ML-powered solutions
• 3+ years managing the full software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of risk, compliance, or transportation systems

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain highly available distributed systems for global risk management
• Design and implement complex algorithms, data models, and business tools for multi-party scenarios
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, gaining deep operational and domain expertise
• Deliver high-quality code while driving technical direction and innovation in risk and compliance
• Solve ambiguous technical challenges, anticipate bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery
