About The Position

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Software Architect to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, development methodologies, and enterprise application frameworks.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to evaluate and select technologies, platforms, and tools to support enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud, microservices, APIs, integration patterns, databases, and distributed systems.
• Ability to lead technical design efforts and provide architectural guidance to development teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to evaluate complex technical challenges and communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience
• Relevant certification from nationally recognized technical authority.
• 8570 Baseline IAT Level I
• Minimum Clearance Secret

• Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
• Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
• Responsible for project completion.
• Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management.
