About The Position
This role requires a Software Architect with consulting experience, focusing on the PACSS application and Child Support systems. The architect will work with developers and end-users to define functional requirements and must be familiar with federal regulations related to Child Support (IV-D) and New-Hire applications. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing their own equipment, as Lumen and its clients will not supply laptops or monitors. Access to necessary systems will be provided through a virtual desktop setup.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with the PACSS application
- Experience with Child Support
- Experience with Federal Regulations regarding Child Support (IV-D)
- Experience working with Developers and End Users for functional requirements
- Experience with New-Hire applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- Must have own equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.)
