Requirements

Extensive knowledge of APIs, UIs, infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
Ability to keep an end-to-end view when designing complex distributed solutions with a “big picture” approach.
Ability to provide services to a variety of internal and external clients.
Minimum 8 years of experience in hands-on development and application design in the delivery of software products.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an architect role in previous large-scale software development projects, preferably SaaS delivery model.
Strong experience designing for container-based deployment; working knowledge of Azure or AWS.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Foster consensus on architectural designs to ensure a stable, secure, and scalable product's delivery.
Develop early prototypes of product components and rigorously validate them for technical design, security, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with Product/Application teams, peer architects, and partner organizations to evaluate, select, recommend, and configure technologies.
Lead the design and take ownership of solutions architecture, presenting architecture solution options clearly to product owners and architecture leadership.
Collaborate closely with development teams to translate software architecture into cutting-edge designs, while upholding standards and best practices.
