About The Position

A hybrid sales role built for ambitious hunters. This role is a 6–12 month launchpad into fully field-based, higher earning Business Development Manager (BDM) roles. The Software Account Representative (SAR) role is intentionally built for fast progression. Deliver consistent results, build a strong pipeline, and close business to move quickly into a full-field BDM role. Requirements

  • Full-cycle cold calling experience, or the drive to master it quickly.
  • Confident on the phone and stronger in person.
  • Ability to make the phone ring (proactive outreach).
  • Ability to connect easily and genuinely with people from the first call.
  • Ability to pick up tech quickly and use it to stay organized and sharp.
  • Understanding of the realities of small business.
  • Hungry, ambitious, and relentless in pursuit of results.
  • Current, valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

  • Build your own prospect lists from the ground up.
  • Make high-volume cold calls daily.
  • Create opportunities through genuine hustle.
  • Turn cold introductions into warm meetings and close them.
  • Fill, manage, and grow your own pipeline.
  • Conduct cold call blocks, dialing fresh prospects every day.
  • Run virtual meetings with prospects.
  • Perform SMS and email follow-ups.
  • Understand prospect needs, pitch value, and guide them forward.
  • Keep opportunities alive with strong follow-through.
  • Meet prospects in person when momentum is high.
  • Run face-to-face meetings.
  • Build trust through boots-on-the-ground selling.
  • Close business locally.
  • Own the full sales cycle: Prospect → Cold Call → Book → Pitch → Demo → Close.
  • Nurture customers for 3 months post-sale to lock in success and loyalty.
