This 6-Month Software Acceleration Program is designed to identify, develop, and evaluate high-potential talent for the Software Account Management (SAM) team. It offers a transition from prospecting to closing roles, preparing and evaluating talent for placement into Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR roles. The program provides full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months, with top performers advancing to a SAR role, exceptional performers considered for Senior SAR, and those not meeting expectations concluding participation. This role is a pathway into Software Account Management, working in a high-energy outbound sales environment to demonstrate outbound selling skills, accelerate deal advancement, influence buying decisions, and drive SaaS revenue. Responsibilities include driving outbound outreach, delivering compelling messaging to prospects, executing engagement strategies, partnering with SAM leaders, and demonstrating consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework. Participants will gain exposure to real selling, not just booking meetings, setting them up for success in the SAM team.
