This 6-Month Software Acceleration Program is designed to identify, develop, and evaluate high-potential talent for the Software Account Management (SAM) team. It offers a transition from prospecting to closing roles, preparing participants for Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR positions. Top performers will advance directly into a SAR role, exceptional performers may be considered for Senior SAR, and those not meeting expectations may conclude participation at the end of the program. The role involves working in a high-energy, outbound sales environment to demonstrate outbound selling skills, accelerate deal advancement, influence buying decisions, and drive SaaS revenue. Responsibilities include driving outbound outreach, delivering compelling messaging, executing engagement strategies, partnering with SAM leaders, refining conversion tactics, strengthening SaaS sales acumen, and demonstrating consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework. Participants will gain exposure to real selling, not just booking meetings.
