This 6-Month Software Acceleration Program is designed to identify, develop, and evaluate high-potential talent for the Software Account Management (SAM) team. It offers a transition from prospecting to closing roles, preparing and evaluating talent for placement into Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR roles. Top performers will advance directly into a SAR role, exceptional performers may be considered for Senior SAR placement, and those who do not meet performance expectations may conclude participation at the end of the program. This role is in a high-energy, outbound sales environment focused on demonstrating outbound selling skills, accelerating deal advancement, influencing buying decisions, and driving SaaS revenue.
