About The Position
This position is for a Softball Student Manager (WS-ST1) at St. Olaf College. The purpose of this role is to assist the varsity softball team with day-to-day duties, both on practice and game days. This is a student employee position, classified as non-exempt.

Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up/breaking down practice
- Feeding and collecting balls for reps
- Assist in running/pitching front toss in some offensive drills
- Filming when needed
- Recording/tracking/charting certain aspects of practice
- Getting the bat list ready and assisting in bat testing
- Keeping score on the iPad/teaching athletes how to do the same
- In-game filming responsibilities
- In-game live tweeting (if applicable)
- Assisting in field maintenance between games
