About The Position
The Softball Assistant Coach is a stipend position during the sport season. The assistant coach works with and takes direction from the Softball Head Coach. The time commitment is 2+ hours per day, 6 days per week during the season. The stipend is defined by the Faculty Senate contract; the posting lists a level 3 stipend of $7,291.98 at entry level for 0.95 FTE.
Requirements
- Illinois Professional Educators License or ASEP Coaching Certification.
- Knowledge of the sport.
- Experience in coaching.
- Ability to work 2+ hours per day, 6 days per week throughout the sport season.
