About The Position
The Softball Assistant Coach works with and takes direction from the Softball Head Coach. This is a stipend position during the sport season, with a commitment of at least 2 hours per day, 6 days per week. The stipend is set by the Faculty Senate contract at level 3; the stated entry-level amount for 0.50 FTE is $3,837.89. The job description notes that its duties are not exhaustive and that additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Illinois Professional Educators License or ASEP Coaching Certification.
- Knowledge of the sport.
- Experience in coaching.
- Ability to work at least 2 hours per day, 6 days per week throughout the sport season.
