About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Social Worker (LCSW) for an acute care hospital in Oregon City, Oregon. The assignment lasts 26 weeks and may require floating between three sister hospitals and units. The expected patient ratio is 1:16. The role uses Epic for charting. The schedule options are five 8-hour shifts (day: 8:00–16:30; night: 16:00–0:00) or four 10-hour shifts (day: 7:00–17:00; night: 16:00–2:00). Alternating weekends are required. Weekly pay is $2,034, with a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,519 per week where eligible. The start date is November 16, 2026. There are two openings.
Requirements
- Active Oregon license or certification for the LCSW specialty; compact accepted where applicable.
- 1–2 years of recent LCSW experience.
- Active state LCSW license.
- BLS if required.

- Acute behavioral health emergent assessments experience.
- Care management experience.
Responsibilities
