About The Position

National Church Residences Home Care is seeking an MSW social worker to support its vision of advancing better living and care for seniors. The agency provides home health and hospice services and is owned and operated by National Church Residences, a provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. The position is based in Columbus, Ohio, and includes mileage reimbursement. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some on-call evenings and possibly weekends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
LSW in good standing.
At least one year of social work experience in a health care setting.

Nice To Haves

Preferred minimum of two years in varied multidisciplinary health care settings.
Experience working with clients and providing family counseling.
