About The Position
United Hebrew Geriatric Center in New Rochelle is seeking a full-time Social Worker to provide essential services to residents and their families at its long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The role involves assisting with admissions and discharges, scheduling care plan meetings, and completing assessments. The position is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- At least 1 year of social work experience.
- Availability to work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
Nice To Haves
- Social work license strongly preferred.
- Experience in long-term care is a plus.
Responsibilities
