We are looking for a Social Worker to work within our Outpatient, Early Intervention in the Psychosis Program. This program serves individuals aged 14-35 years who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. Our program provides care for up to three years, focuses on acute stabilization of symptoms, patient/family education and support and connection to appropriate community resources to facilitate safe discharge to the community.
