The Social Worker/Therapist will also conduct case reviews to determine and plan future treatment based on client progress and professional judgment. Collaboration with external agents like school officials, family members, and other health agencies is essential for discussing organizational programs and client needs. The role also requires participation in staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, case conferences, and clinical seminars, contributing to program administration and development.
