About The Position
Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Social Worker (MSW) for Case Management at Newton Medical Center to work 8AM-4:30PM including one weekend every four weeks. The role involves discharge planning from an acute care hospital and providing supportive and therapeutic counseling.
