The Social Worker role focuses on providing trauma-informed, family-centered support to strengthen parent-child relationships and promote healthy youth development through respite services. This includes delivering evidence-based interventions and conducting in-home sessions across all five boroughs to help families build protective factors and achieve lasting stability.
