About The Position

The Social Worker - BSW is accountable for the clinical components of social work programs in AcuteCare. The incumbent will ensure the delivery of effective social work services in collaboration with health providers. Coordination of services for patients/clients at risk will be a key component of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

  • Ability to establish, positive interpersonal/consultative relationships
