The College of Social Work and the Ohio State regional campuses offering Social Work programming rely on lecturers to provide instruction for many courses in the undergraduate BSSW and graduate MSW programs. Lecturers from our communities bring extensive knowledge and expertise to the classroom based on their educational backgrounds and practice experience. Their efforts enrich the curriculum for our students and they provide a perspective that keeps our curriculum anchored in current issues and practices from the field. This is a part-time semester, reappointment lecturer position expected to begin Autumn 2026. Interested applicants should demonstrate practice experience in foundational social work skills, including client engagement, biopsychosocial assessment, intervention planning, and evaluation. Qualifications should also include experience with research and statistical literacy that supports ethical, evidence‑informed decision making in social work practice.
