The Social Videographer is a hands-on creative role focused primarily on social-first video capture for Hourglass Cosmetics. The role creates event reels, key brand moments, and social-first product storytelling, translating creative concepts into compelling, elevated video. The ideal candidate can set up cameras and lighting for controlled studio shoots and move quickly to capture dynamic events. Video editing and photography are useful secondary capabilities, but video capture is the primary focus. The position works closely with the Social Media, Influencer, and Brand Marketing teams, as well as the Social Art Director, to execute creative concepts from brief through capture and post-production. The videographer is expected to contribute a distinct creative point of view, respond to direction and feedback, and work effectively in a fast-moving environment. The position is hybrid and requires working from the corporate office at least 60% of the time. Travel for shoots, events, and key brand moments may be required.
