About The Position

The Videographer creates video content for Green Lawn Fertilizing and Green Pest Solutions, bringing customer stories, service results, educational segments, and company culture to life on camera. Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, this role handles hands-on production, including filming, some photography, and travel to branches. The Videographer works from calendars and shoot plans developed in collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager and produces consistent, high-quality video content for customers and internal teams.

The position travels locally two to three days per week to branches or other designated locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware to film as needed. The salary range is $65,000–$75,000.

Requirements

• Two to three years of experience as a videographer and/or content creator, with a focus on social content.
• Skilled at filming and producing content quickly enough to keep pace with social trends.
• Experience with video-editing software such as CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic graphic design skills for creating slides, text overlays, thumbnails, and video covers.
• Ability to set up lighting and audio for professional-quality content.
• Tech-forward approach and willingness to learn new tools, including AI-driven editing and production tools.
• Willingness to travel locally two to three days per week to film across branches in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Nice To Haves

• General photography skills; professional photography experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Film video content for internal and external use, including before-and-after transformations, seasonal b-roll, customer education, internal training materials, and team event recaps, with a strong focus on short-form social content.
• Take photographs to support video content as needed.
• Edit video and photo content using software such as CapCut, Premiere, or Lightroom for the website, social media, email, and other marketing channels.
• Organize, tag, maintain, archive, and repurpose content in the company’s photo and video library.
• Manage video and photo submissions from technicians and customers to source additional content.
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager on shoot planning, scheduling, and creative direction.
• Contribute to or independently build the external content calendar based on the seasonality of both businesses.
