About The Position
Goose Creek High School is seeking a Social Studies Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a full-time, 190-day position. The teacher will be responsible for instructing high school students in social studies.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for South Carolina teaching certificate.
- Complete and submit an online application along with required documents.
- Valid teaching certificate (SC or out of state) or Eligibility Letter from SCDE.
- Confidential references posted.
- Negative TB test result (or statement of provision at new hire orientation).
Responsibilities
- Instruct high school students in social studies.
- Upload required documents to Frontline.
- Provide a negative tuberculosis (TB) test result before employment begins or at new hire orientation.
