About The Position

American Straight A Academy (ASAA) is seeking part-time remote high school teachers for AP Microeconomics, AP Human Geography, and AP United States History. The school delivers American high school education to students worldwide. Teachers deliver online instruction to individual students or small groups of 2–6 students using structured materials such as textbooks and slides, track student progress, and submit timely post-class feedback.

Teaching hours are flexible, depend on teacher availability, and have no stated upper limit. Classes take place during the listed Pacific Time schedule options: AP Microeconomics and AP Human Geography are scheduled from 10:00 PM to 12:30 AM on Sun/Tue/Thu or Mon/Wed. AP United States History is scheduled on Sun/Tue/Thu, with options of 10:00 PM to 12:30 AM or 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in a related subject area.
• Strong communication skills and a professional teaching attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistency in teaching delivery.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.
• High school teaching experience preferred.
