About The Position

Teens need connection, confidence, and real-world social skills. We’re hiring Part-Time Social Skills Specialists to work with pre-teens (12+), teens, and young adults in our Social Skills Training Program at CBC Education. This role focuses on conversation and peer interaction, emotional regulation, perspective-taking, community-based life skills, and small group and 1:1 social coaching. If you enjoy working with adolescents and want to make a measurable impact on independence and long-term outcomes — this is a meaningful opportunity. Since 2002, CBC Education has supported individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities through ABA, DIR/Floortime, and Social Skills programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field required
