This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week co-op position for Fall 2026 (July to December) with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Bay Harbor Islands, Miami, FL, with remote work for the remaining days. The Early Edge Experience program is designed for early career talent, offering valuable industry exposure, meaningful projects, professional development, community events, and opportunities to showcase contributions to leadership. As a Social Sharks Latin America (LATAM) Marketing Co-op, you will support the LATAM Social Media Team with a focus on social-first marketing, community engagement, and market intelligence. This role is ideal for someone deeply connected to Latin American culture, passionate about social media, and excited to build brand relationships across LATAM markets. You will act as a liaison between the brand and the Latin American community, nurturing relationships, facilitating conversations, and fostering a positive online environment while supporting strategic marketing initiatives.
