Fall 2026: Social Sharks Global Social Operations Co-op (August through December)
About The Position
This role is part of the SharkNinja Early Edge Experience, designed for early career talent to gain valuable exposure to the industry and a fast-paced professional environment. The co-op will dive into meaningful projects and tasks that sharpen skills and deepen knowledge. The program offers professional development opportunities, community events, and connections. The co-op will culminate in an opportunity to showcase contributions and learnings to SharkNinja leaders. The specific role involves helping to build systems that allow SharkNinja's social organization to scale, focusing on how people ramp up and how social accounts remain organized, secure, and compliant. The co-op will split time between enablement work (onboarding, training, documentation, ways of working) and governance support (account infrastructure, access hygiene, and platform standards), working directly with the Acceleration team.
Requirements
- Current student in a bachelor's program, currently enrolled in a master’s program, or has graduated within the past year
- Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
- Interest in team enablement, training design, organizational development, or operations/governance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable turning process into clear documentation
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and documentation work; curious to learn more
- Comfortable working across teams and time zones
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Passion for our brand and industry, with a genuine interest in building relationships and fostering community engagement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities
- Help design and maintain onboarding materials for new hires across markets
- Support development of “ways of working” documentation — templates, playbooks, and process guides
- Assist with organizing and updating training content and learning resources
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and schedules as new team members join
- Help organize knowledge-sharing sessions and capture takeaways for future reference
- Help maintain the team’s source-of-truth tracker for social account ownership, access, and platform details
- Support audits of account structures and admin roles across platforms, flagging inconsistencies for follow-up
- Assist with tracking governance health metrics (e.g., 2FA compliance, access hygiene) and flag gaps to the team
- Help keep documentation on account governance, access protocols, and platform standards current
- Support coordination with regional teams on account setup and governance best practices
