About The Position
Hilltop Park Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Services Assistant to join their team. This full-time position focuses on meeting the psychosocial needs of the facility residents. The role involves assisting the social services director in providing exceptional care within a collaborative and supportive environment. Hilltop Park Post Acute specializes in onsite rehabilitation services with two large rehab gyms, aiming to help residents regain independence. The organization, PACS, is a leader in post-acute healthcare, operating hundreds of independent subsidiaries and providing a proven model of mission-driven care.
Requirements
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Prior health-care experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
