About The Position

This 12-month position is for a student worker seeking to gain experience in a global organization focused on helping children thrive and learn through play. The role involves supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, employee volunteer programs, and local outreach efforts. The position will advance local community engagement activities and support partner organizations to ensure smooth collaboration and successful program delivery. This role will be instrumental in supporting Play Day 2026 and delivering on our overall community impact.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and accomplishing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events.
Support employee volunteer programs and local outreach efforts.
Help draft content for internal and external communications, supporting employee volunteering, CSR storytelling, and community partner engagement.
Collect, run, and analyze data related to CSR programs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Continuously supervise and report on the impact of social responsibility programs.
Support coordination with nonprofit partners, community groups, and other collaborators.
Assist in addressing inquiries related to CSR efforts.
Provide general administrative support to the CSR team.
Handle partner product donation process.
Help prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and summary reports.
