Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager
About The Position

Through the Kallman Foundation, we invest in education, global collaboration, and the next generation of innovators. We're seeking a Program Manager to lead and grow our CSR efforts, with a strong focus on global education programs and partnerships. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with internal teams, partners, and sponsors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CSR, nonprofit leadership, education programs, or related fields
- Proven experience developing partnerships and securing funding
- Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working across cultures and time zones
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a company-wide CSR strategy aligned with Kallman Worldwide's mission and values
- Oversee all aspects of the Endeavour Scholarship Foundation, including program planning, international student experiences, and partner coordination
- Build and steward relationships with sponsors, donors, and global partners
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including proposals, sponsorship development, and impact reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing to share compelling CSR and impact stories
- Manage budgets, timelines, compliance, and reporting across CSR initiatives
