About The Position

Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce, helping leading brands modernize B2B solutions, marketplaces, and retail ecosystems. Since 2008, Netguru has empowered businesses with cutting-edge technology, AI-powered personalization, and world-class engineering and design teams. As a Growth Specialist, you will build Netguru's brand visibility in video, owning the company's short-form video presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts from concept to publish. You will turn case studies, team expertise, and technical topics into engaging content, utilizing AI tools as a core part of your production workflow. You will work closely with marketing, brand, and growth teams to ensure video contributes effectively to the funnel.

Requirements

2+ years creating and editing short-form video, with a portfolio that shows real growth on at least one channel
Comfortable on camera — you've filmed yourself before and it doesn't show
Proficient in tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects; you don't need a production team to ship polished content
Hands-on with AI video tools — generative video, AI editing, synthetic voiceover
Organized enough to manage your own workload, deadlines, and a small budget
Fluent in Polish and English

Nice To Haves

Experience making B2B or tech content feel human and watchable
Motion graphics basics
Podcast or webinar video production and repurposing
Any relevant certification (eg. HubSpot Content Marketing)

Responsibilities

Build Netguru's brand visibility in video - own Netguru's short-form video presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to publish
Turn our case studies, team expertise, and technical topics into content people actually watch
Use AI tools (eg. Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI) as a core part of your production workflow - not as a bonus
Work closely with marketing, brand, and growth to make video pull its weight in the funnel
