We’re looking for Media Experts to support our new Social Media Content Creators, helping them grow their following, engage their audience, and maximize their platform potential. Your day-to-day includes: Educating Creators on platform strategies and technology Analyzing trends and key metrics to drive success Managing relationships with ~300 partners, supporting them through calls, emails, and outreach Presenting tailored solutions to help partners grow their brands

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months in Marketing/Social Media/Sales or internship in these fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for social media and customer service

  • Familiarity with online ads and digital tools
