About The Position

Connecting brands to real people in real-time, all the time. Contribute to best-in-class social media strategies spanning audience insights, channel mix, content strategy, community management, influencer marketing, and more. Contribute to execution of omnichannel social campaigns from delivering creative concept through deployment, optimization, and performance analysis and reporting. Collaborate with in-house creative directors, community managers, brand strategists, project managers, account teams, and analysts. Help drive social strategy and playbook creation. Present creative concepts and performance analysis to agency leadership and clients with authority and influence. Continuously explore new social platforms, functionalities, and technologies to push boundaries. Ongoing and obsessive social listening. Move at the speed of social! Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, strategy and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to proofread content for grammatical accuracy and maintain style consistency across pieces
  • Public speaking skills to ensure ideas are presented effectively and coherently
  • Passion for current and emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • An attitude of positivity, adaptability, curiosity, and exploration
