About The Position

The incumbent will be responsible for content development, community management, campaign implementation, and increasing showroom visitation through targeted social media marketing strategies. This position requires on-site reporting at the dealership and close collaboration with the sales and marketing departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and strategy development
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas

• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule all social media content across various social media platforms
• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Walkarounds, etc.)
• Photograph new vehicle inventory and dealership life
• Research and stay current on social media and automotive trends
• Track and report on social media performance metrics and audience engagement to optimize campaigns
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with Director of Marketing to produce cohesive messaging
