We specialize in creating common ground between brands and audiences across communities and social media in a constantly evolving environment. We are looking for a Content Creator & Organic Social Media Strategist to enhance our brand presence on key organic channels. This role is crucial for building brand visibility, initiating conversations, and establishing ICUC as a thought leader in social media management. The contract is for 20 hours per week, running from May to August 2026.

Requirements

Experience creating content and running successful organic social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok.
Ability to write and design social media posts for the key platforms.
Capacity for strategic thinking and independent content execution.
Knowledge of engaging in online communities and conversations.

Nice To Haves

Experience in B2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok on a regular basis.
Build and manage a consistent content calendar.
Transform ideas, trends, and insights into strong and relevant posts.
Engage with the relevant audience and help build a community.
Identify trends and conversations where ICUC should be present.
Conduct thorough competitor analysis periodically to identify gaps and monitor market shifts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging consistency.
