About The Position

We’re hiring a Social Media Strategist & AI-Enabled Short-Form Content Producer to help scale the content engine behind GBS Group and our startup brand, LLC Hub. This role owns the strategy, creation, distribution, and optimization of short-form content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. This is not an editing role or a content creation role. We are looking for a marketer with strong content fundamentals who actively uses AI tools to improve research, ideation, scripting, production, analysis, and workflow efficiency. You will combine and coordinate creative execution with sound marketing judgment to turn complex financial and business advice into engaging, accurate, and useful content. You will work inside the Shared Services team and report to the Marketing Manager. You will collaborate closely with our management team and subject-matter experts to create content that builds trust, increases awareness, and supports demand generation among business owners and entrepreneurs. You will coordinate with Influencers and Agencies in the creation of content as well.

Requirements

3+ years creating high-performing short-form content for business, educational, or professional brands.
Portfolio: Demonstrating strong editing, design, creative execution, and marketing thinking. Please include links to TikToks/Reels you have created and, when possible, the objective or results behind the work.
Short-form editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut).
Graphic design for social (Canva or Photoshop).
Proven, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, CapCut AI, Descript, Leonardo AI, Midjourney) to improve marketing research, content ideation, scripting, asset creation, editing, repurposing, analysis, or workflow automation.
Understanding of when AI output requires fact-checking, editing, brand judgment, or subject matter expert review.

Responsibilities

Produce 2 to 3 short-form videos and graphics per day for GBS Group’s channels, balancing quality, speed, and strategic purpose.
Researching, developing, and writing engaging, audience-focused scripts for content creators (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, first-draft scripting, captions, transcription, repurposing, visual concepts, and editing workflows—while applying human judgment to protect accuracy, brand voice, and quality.
Coordinate the editing of engaging clips tailored to Reels, TikTok, and Shorts by repurposing long-form advisory content or editing raw footage provided by leadership.
Translate complex tax, accounting, and business growth concepts into simple, visual, highly shareable content that provides value to entrepreneurs and business owners.
Coordinate the design of on-brand visuals for video overlays, carousels, and thumbnails using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Coordinate the creation and maintain repeatable templates, prompt libraries, and production workflows that improve creative output and turnaround time.
Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Maintain a balanced content mix: Educational: Tax tips, compliance reminders, financial literacy. Inspirational: "Building a business worth owning," entrepreneurship mindset. Service-Focused: highlighting GBS capabilities and client success stories.
Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, client FAQs, and industry news; apply relevant opportunities to a professional B2B context.
Use audience insight, performance data, and marketing priorities to test new content formats, hooks, series, calls to action, and distribution approaches.
Review performance metrics weekly (Views, Retention, Engagement, Inbound Leads) and provide clear insights and recommendations.
Track KPIs specifically related to brand awareness and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).
Use AI-supported analysis and strong marketing judgment to identify patterns, content opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Suggest experiments or new formats to increase reach among our ideal clients: business owners with $1M+ revenue and Hispanic entrepreneurs looking to register an LLC in the US.
Document learnings from content tests and translate them into actionable improvements for future content.
Partner with the Marketing Manager to align on creative direction, audience priorities, campaign objectives, and upcoming launches.
Contribute 10–15 new Content ideas each week based on client FAQs, performance insights, social trends, existing blogs and industry news.
Maintain clean systems and documentation in HubSpot, Basecamp and Google Drive.
Manage the pipeline of incoming raw footage from leadership to ensure a steady stream of content.
Communicate clearly with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, useful, and aligned with GBS and LLC Hub’s positioning.
