About The Position

Naterra International Inc., parent company of Tree Hut and Baby Magic, is looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to assist with our brands’ social media presence. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and measurement of cross-channel digital marketing programs to support both brands. This position plays a key role in maintaining our strong following growth and digital marketing success across both brands through engaging content and community interaction. This role will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in communications, marketing, or digital media.
1+ years of professional experience or internships working in social media, CPG/retailer experience a plus.
Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
Knowledge of media editing software, including Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, and After Effects
Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space

Nice To Haves

CPG/retailer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Support a results-driven social media strategy.
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Produce live social media content, may require on-screen presence.
Maintain unified brand voices across different social media channels.
Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
Assist in the development and management of the social media marketing strategy.
