About The Position

PRC-Saltillo is seeking a Social Media Specialist to amplify inclusive communication. This role involves leveraging social media expertise to drive impactful campaigns, connect with audiences, and achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, an analytical mindset, and social media savvy to a mission-driven environment. The position offers creative ownership over strategy, content creation, and innovation across various social platforms, emphasizing data-informed storytelling through analytics and testing. The specialist will work in a collaborative environment, partnering with clinical, marketing, and education teams to develop and share authentic stories that support inclusive communication for AAC users worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required
  • At least 3 years of experience executing modern social media strategies and tools
  • At least 3 years of experience managing corporate social media accounts and/or digital content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement drivers, and content optimization techniques
  • Proven experience managing paid social advertising and executing targeted campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Ability to analyze social media analytics and apply data-driven insights to content strategy
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
  • Passion for AAC, accessibility, and inclusive communication
  • Experience with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and digital marketing best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end social media strategy and execution across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others, ensuring brand alignment and clinical relevance
  • Develops and manages a comprehensive content calendar using social media management tools to maintain consistent posting cadence
  • Creates platform-specific content formats such as short-form videos, reels, carousels, live streams, and stories to optimize engagement and algorithm performance
  • Translates AAC research, product features, and implementation strategies into accessible, shareable content for SLPs, educators, caregivers, and AAC users
  • Implement audience growth strategies including hashtag optimization, trend participation, and influencer collaboration within AAC and SLP communities
