About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and AI-native Social Media Specialist to help scale both company and executive brand presence across multiple social platforms. Requirements

  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and online communities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and modern social publishing workflows.
  • Experience using tools such as: Sprout Social, Monday.com, Slack, LastPass, ChatGPT, Claude, Other AI productivity tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, multitask effectively, and operate independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies and platform best practices.

  • Experience supporting executive or founder personal brands.
  • Understanding of B2B content marketing and audience growth strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency, content, or marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with short-form video workflows and content repurposing.
  • Strong understanding of AI-assisted content operations and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day publishing operations across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions in a professional, human, and brand-aligned tone.
  • Schedule and publish content using Sprout Social and native platform tools.
  • Adapt captions, formatting, hashtags, and publishing structures for each platform.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure publishing accuracy, consistency, and execution quality across all channels.
  • Coordinate with editors, creators, marketers, and leadership to ensure content readiness and alignment.
  • Review content before publishing for typos, formatting issues, and overall quality assurance.
  • Create compelling platform-specific captions and titles using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Track content stages, publishing workflows, and deadlines inside Monday.com.
  • Generate meeting summaries, action items, and operational follow-ups using transcripts and recordings.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other productivity platforms to improve workflow efficiency and content quality.
  • Continuously optimize prompts, systems, and publishing workflows to scale execution more effectively.
