About The Position

We are seeking to hire a part-time Social Media Specialist who is creative, strategic, and detail-oriented. This role will support our San Antonio location. In this role, you will lead the planning, creation, and management of engaging digital content across multiple platforms, helping to educate patients and build meaningful connections within our community. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, highly organized, and comfortable working in a healthcare environment where professionalism, empathy, and strict adherence to privacy standards are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated care team while shaping a compassionate and informative online presence. While this role is remote in San Antonio, the Social Media Specialist will need to be in our San Antonio office frequently to film content.

Requirements

College Students welcome to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred, high school diploma is required.
Experience with digital marketing channels (preferably social media)
Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Plan, draft, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn to support Aspire Fertility’s San Antonio location.
Create original photo, graphic, and short-form video content that reflects our brand voice and supports patient education and community engagement.
Monitor comments, direct messages, and reviews daily; respond promptly in a warm, professional, HIPAA-compliant manner and escalate clinical or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team.
Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, awareness months, local events, and network-wide initiatives from The Prelude Network®.
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and staff to capture authentic behind-the-scenes content while maintaining patient privacy at all times.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and deliver a concise monthly report with insights and recommendations.
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and fertility/healthcare content best practices, and bring new ideas to the team.
Ensure all content follows HIPAA, advertising, and Aspire Fertility brand guidelines before publishing.
