About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and social media–savvy Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing and engaging talent through social media platforms and industry communities, targeting candidates not actively applying through traditional job boards.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience preferred
  • Strong social media experience required
  • Extremely social media savvy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organization
  • Creative and adaptable mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Telecom or construction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates through Facebook (groups), LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms
  • Participate in telecom and construction communities to build relationships and promote opportunities
  • Create recruiting content and campaigns to attract passive candidates
  • Partner with technical schools and colleges to build local pipelines
  • Support high-volume recruiting for telecom and construction roles
  • Screen candidates and coordinate with hiring teams
