About The Position

As the Social Media Producer, you will lead the management, execution, and delivery of social media creative work across multiple brands within an in-house agency environment. This hybrid role is exclusively focused on social media and is responsible for producing and managing projects from intake through final delivery, ensuring work is strategically scoped, properly resourced, completed on time and on budget, and executed with a high level of quality. This role partners closely with social strategy, content creators, editors, and cross-functional creative, product, and brand teams to bring social content to life across channels and campaigns. In addition to leading the production side of social content creation, including content shoot planning, shoot-day coordination, production book creation, product intake, talent and location scouting and related in-studio needs, this person will also manage project workflows, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing social content production processes and workflow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They are highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, keep teams aligned, and move work efficiently from concept to delivery. Because this role includes hands-on production support, there is a strong preference for candidates located near the Towson Studio and available to work onsite as needed, as well as a willingness to travel to various on-site productions when needed.
