About The Position

Soaring on Hope Pediatric Therapy is seeking an energetic, creative, and organized Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help tell our story and connect with families in our community. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, promoting clinic events and services, and strengthening the Soaring on Hope brand across all disciplines, including ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy. The ideal candidate is passionate about working in a pediatric setting, enjoys creating meaningful content, and can balance creativity with organization and professionalism.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing business social media accounts preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with graphic design platforms (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Photography and videography experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, or nonprofit settings preferred.
• Creative storyteller with attention to detail.
• Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Comfortable interacting with children, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to receive feedback and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms as appropriate.
• Capture photos and videos within the clinic while maintaining patient confidentiality and obtaining appropriate consents.
• Write compelling captions that reflect the Soaring on Hope mission and values.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages as directed.
• Track engagement metrics and provide monthly reports on performance.
• Promote all Soaring on Hope services, including ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy.
• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, graphics, newsletters, and event promotions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Assist with updates to the clinic website and online listings.
• Coordinate community outreach efforts and partnership opportunities.
• Promote clinic events, parent nights, open houses, camps, and community activities.
• Attend events to capture photos and videos for future marketing use.
• Coordinate giveaways, awareness campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
• Highlight staff achievements and employee spotlights.
• Share educational content related to child development and therapy services.
• Create family testimonials and success stories (with proper consent).
• Develop recruitment content to support hiring efforts.
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase community engagement.
• Maintain organized files of marketing assets and consent forms.
• Track marketing expenses and promotional inventory.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify departmental marketing needs.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
