Requirements

Hands-on, autonomous operator who knows what makes content work on social.
Ability to turn raw material into a coherent, high-quality presence.
Ability to reframe, edit, package, and write content for specific platforms.
Ability to create lightweight original content independently.
Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting to different platforms.
Ability to build a repeatable social engine with a reliable workflow.
Ability to track performance and audience signals.
Ability to turn learnings into better creative decisions and a stronger content mix.

Runs their own YouTube channel and knows what it takes to build content that lands.
Has distributed to SMBs in the US and knows how that audience thinks.

Responsibilities

Own the social calendar, publishing, and day-to-day operation of brand channels and selected founder accounts.
Decide what’s worth publishing, where it belongs, and when it should go live.
Keep a consistent cadence while leaving room for timely ideas and live opportunities.
Find the strongest material across UGC, customer and team footage, product demos, and selected paid creative.
Reframe, edit, package, and write each piece for the platform instead of reposting assets as-is.
Create lightweight original content independently when the calendar or an opportunity calls for it.
Maintain a consistent Beside voice while adapting hooks, copy, formats, and cadence to each platform.
Help selected founders turn their thinking and product moments into posts that feel like them.
Build recognizable formats that make our product, customers, and team worth following.
Build a reliable workflow from raw input to finished post so strong content gets published quickly and consistently.
Track performance and audience signals to understand what resonates.
Turn those learnings into better creative decisions and a stronger content mix.
